Marketing Assistant: Sports Focused - Immediate Openings

As 2022 comes to a successful close, we look to 2023 upcoming expansion. With goals in place, we are looking to hire additional help for our sales and marketing teams so we can continue with our winning streak throughout 2023! Almost all our senior team come from a sports or leadership/team backgrounds and this competitive culture has permeated nearly every aspect of our business. Day-to-Day of Our Marketing Openings:

• Working on behalf of our clients at our face-to-face retail events
• Assisting in new customer acquisitions and increasing market share through face-to-face new customer sign-ups
• Representing our clients and achieving customer retention through face-to-face marketing presentations at our retail event spaces
• Conduct interactive, hands-on product training with newer members of the team
• Cultivating leadership skills in a team-oriented environment
• Product representation tailored to personalized customer experiences

No previous marketing experience? NO PROBLEM. We are looking to work with people that are not only competitive but also eager to learn. Our paid training program includes ongoing mentorship, coaching, and development from our senior executive team for all our current and future team members.

All our team members start in entry-level positions so they can learn how to generate results before leading or managing a team of people. Much like an athlete needs to learn how to play the game and score goals before becoming a coach! If you’ve got an excellent student mentality and strong work ethic, there is the potential for you to work towards a more senior position.

• You‌ ‌must‌ ‌be‌ ‌18+‌ ‌years‌ ‌of‌ ‌age‌ ‌and‌ ‌eligible‌ ‌to‌ ‌work‌ in the USA ‌
• You‌ ‌must‌ ‌be‌ ‌willing‌ ‌to‌ ‌work‌ ‌with‌ ‌customers‌ ‌face-to-face‌ on-site
• You'll need to commute to our office in Metairie and to/from the events ‌ ‌
• Full-time‌ ‌availability‌ ‌is‌ ‌preferred,‌ ‌and‌ ‌we'd like to get you started within 2 weeks‌
• A competitive nature and desire to win will help you earn more and progress faster
• Retail sales, customer service, hospitality, restauruant or similar customer-facing experience is recommended
• People with leadership or management experience are encouraged to apply
