TPA Program Coordinator – Bethel Park, PA
The Full - Time schedule is as follows:
Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5 PM
The purpose of this role is to manage an ongoing large scale drug testing program out of the Bethel Park, PA office of Mobile Medical Corporation. The role includes answering phone calls, documenting customer data in CRM software, creating weekly service invoices, scheduling drug tests through the Quest website, and assisting with drug test collections.
Administrative functions include:
- Answers and resolves telephone inquiries/requests initiated by customers or prospective customers in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner.
- Utilizes an internal computer software program to enter customer and participant information.
- Generating invoices for customers and managing internal office documentation.
- Utilizes Quest Diagnostics website to schedule drug test collections for participants.
- Assists in Urine and Saliva Drug Test Collections (required)
Training will be conducted on-site at the Bethel Park, PA office where you will shadow a representative and take part in the administrative functions with oversight for the first month. Drug Test Collection experience is a plus, but training in the office is available.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Work Experience:
- One (1) year of clerical and customer service experience is required.
- Experience utilizing a CRM software for data entry and management is preferred.
- Experience in billing processes such as creating and managing customer invoicing for a business is strongly encouraged.
Preferred Work Experience:
Previous related drug testing experience and/or knowledge is strongly preferred but not required.
