Worth Painting, LLC is looking for experienced painters that are decent human beings of high integrity, work ethic, and dependability to perform under minimal supervision. This position will include performing skilled work in the painting of residential environments. Some duties include proper covering, surface preparation, and application of many different coatings to walls, ceilings, trim, floors, exteriors, and related surfaces. This individual will apply coatings by brush, roll, and spray. Applicant should have exceptional time management skills and enjoy a TEAM environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintaining a clean and safe TEAM environment
Assist LEAD painter in all phases of the painting/staining process
Reads and understands work orders
Follows all company SOP’s and Safety Training
Operates, maintains, cleans equipment including pressure washers, sprayers, heaters, brushes, rollers, etc.
Erect scaffolding, ladders, and rigging as necessary to comply with safety codes
Completes OSHA safety training
Completes lift equipment training
Completes required paperwork: mileage, timesheet, change orders, etc
Present a professional appearance and attitude
