*The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:00am until 3:00pm.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with repairs, maintenance projects, and work orders as assigned by the Facilities Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Completes repairs, maintenance projects, and work orders as assigned
• Coordinates storage of donated supplies as received and pulling items for use requested by program
• Delivers donated supplies to other locations as needed
• Displays strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Works quickly and efficiently
• Takes initiative to complete work
• Is adaptive and flexible
• Models center’s expectation for sensitivity and competency relating to diversity and cultural awareness
• Coordinates with 3rd-party vendors and contractors to schedule, monitor and complete work

Education/ Experience:

• Must have High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have two or more years of related experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess or be able to obtain prior to employment a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Must have a five year clean MVR and ability to drive Agency vehicles
