Title: PSA Compliance Coordinator
Pay: $50K-$55K
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 9AM-5PM
Location: Phoenix, AZ

ESSENTIA1L JOB FUNCTIONS
- Be knowledgeable of ORR Standards on Preventing, Detecting, and Responding to UC Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment
- Be knowledgeable of Interim Final Rule 411 Standards to Prevent, Detect, and Respond to Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment Involving Unaccompanied Children
- Provide expertise in monitoring, auditing, licensing, and investigations in preventing and responding to sexual abuse and harassment
- Provide consultation and recommendation for practice improvement
- Frequent unannounced and after hour visits:
- Complete and document 1 monthly after hours visit to program per month
- Write audit reports and corrective action plans
- Participate in monthly required PSAC calls
- Contribute to regular project reporting and support for activities related to the project’s evaluation, including data collection and continuous quality improvement efforts
- Provide PSA training to program staff and UC’s
- Adhere to the submission of timely reporting requirements to ORR, OLR, CPS and Local Law Enforcement
- Review significant incident reports (SIR’s) for correct category
- Participation in SA/SIR Review
- Develop tools, reports, and protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services or related field and minimum 1 year of experience working with child welfare standards, best practices, and compliance issues.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Experience in word processing in a Windows environment; experience with multimedia software preferred
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and be able to be added to the Agency’s vehicle insurance policy.
