Food Service Worker

Exciting opportunity to work with an energetic team at the airport in a fast paced environment to help travelers experience Phoenix Sky Harbor as the Friendliest Airport in the country.

This is an opportunity to gain valuable life experiences in a friendly environment.  We welcome people with a strong work ethic, but may have little to no work experience.  We will teach you everything that you need to know to be successful.  This is a wonderful stepping stone into learning more about small businesses and entrepreneurship.

As a Food Service Worker, you will support your team by assembling sandwiches and salads quickly and accurately to ensure that each traveler leaves happy, and is ready for their day of travel.  We are looking for friendly, energetic and enthusiastic  people who enjoy meeting people and serving customers.  Customer Service is the bedrock of what we do, and our Yelp Reviews tell the story of our business operations for the last 10 years.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 19 years of age upon hire date
• Must be able to pass a background check for the airport
• Reliable transportation is needed
• Ability to handle equipment, be organized, and follow directions quickly
• Must be able to handle a fast paced environment and problem solve on your feet
• Must work well under pressure
• Must have a Can Do Attitude while at work

We are an independent concession operators at Sky Harbor Airport with two food and beverage locations: The Refuge Coffee, Food and Wine and FLT Club Coffee, Food and Wine. We provide outstanding customer service while sourcing the best local foods to assemble good tasting sandwiches and salads for the busy traveler.  We offer Coffee, Lattes, Cold Brew, Frappuccinos, and more that can compete with any coffee shop, while also serving beer, wine and cocktails.
