Front of House Guest Experience Specialist

As a Guest Experience Specialist, you are the face of the team, being the first individual that guest come in contact with. You will be responsible for ensuring that each guest has a friendly and exceptional experience from start to finish, whether that be on the register as a cashier or on the espresso machine as a barista. If you have little to no experience, we will train you for your designated position.  We ask that you come with the determination and willingness to learn. As a Front of House Team member, the ideal candidate is flexible, fun, adaptable and enjoys working in a team environment, while working hard with a great attitude. Be willing and able to navigate challenges and problem solve whether guest facing or with any issues within the store.
