Located in Old Town Scottsdale, our Customer Service and Sales Floor Associates work in our retail stores and are responsible for greeting customers, solving inquiries, arranging displays, offering information about products, demonstrating features, being on your feet, lifting boxes, using a ladder to move stock down and maintaining the store area to keep it clean and organized. The ideal candidate will be good at customer service skills, attention to detail, stamina, enthusiasm, and good communication abilities.  

About Us:  Kactus Jock is a gift shop located on Main St in Old Town Scottsdale. One-half block east of Scottsdale Rd on the south side of Main St. And on 5th Avenue in downtown Scottsdale. 

Retail Sales Associate Duties & Responsibilities:

-Greet customers and assist them while browsing through the products 

-Provide the required information about the products and services

-Compare and contrast features of different products to support better decisions according to the customer and situation.

-Make suggestions and help customers make an informed and satisfying purchase decision.

-Record customer feedback, manage returns and report results to your team leader.

-Maintain good appearance of the working space and participate in inventorying, restocking, and other activities as needed

-Operate cash registers and provide accurate daily reports

Retail Sales Associate Requirements:

-Able to refill out of stocks

-Climb ladders to get stock for customers

-Customer-oriented and friendly attitude

-Strong interpersonal and time-management skills

-Ability to keep track of changes in the industry and merchandise

-Passion for helping others in their purchase journeys
