We are looking to add an office assistant to our team, to help our company run as smoothly as possible, and keep our customers and employees happy.
As an office assistant, you will primarily be responsible for answering phone calls and emails that come in, as well as helping to communicate with our customers to ensure their project goes as smoothly as possible. You are usually the first impression of our company, as most of the calls will be to schedule a new estimate. A great first impression goes a long way, and is vital to us booking work. This is a fun role with a great team of people, who respect each other, get along, and want you to succeed! We really do have a fantastic company culture, and we are very picky about hiring positive people who will get along with and support others. We treat our team well and with respect, so we have very low turnover. Most employees have been with our company for several years.
We are looking for fun, reliable, positive, bubbly, organized, customer service centric individuals that are looking for a steady job, and a chance to grow and develop themselves in a company. You must be somewhat adept with computers, typing, and understanding basic word documents and spreadsheets. Grammar, spelling, and communication skills are also very important. Finally, you must be a good human being, with great ping pong skills (we can negotiate on the ping pong skills part)!
As far as pay goes, it starts at $15/hour, 40 hrs a week (we can also offer part time hours if preferable). Hours are usually Monday-Friday 10:30 am - 7:00 pm, with the occasional Saturday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm shift, at our office in Waukesha. We offer various benefits, such as 4% 401k matching, life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, an abundance of company snacks, and lots of fun company get-togethers (We just did a whirley ball event a few weeks ago)! Some of the benefits have waiting periods, and we do not offer health insurance.
