The Consulting Services Manager will lead implementation and optimization projects that include. This position will lead projects to ensure the delivery of on-time and on-budget solutions to meet and exceed our client’s expectations.
Consulting Services Manager Responsibilities:
The Consulting Services Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead implementation workstream(s) of OneStream XF.
- Coordinating activities to support clients through requirement gathering and process design, optimization, industry best practices, and providing recommendations to enhance and accelerate the budgeting/forecasting or financial reporting process.
- Recommend ways to enhance and accelerate the Financial close.
- Configure application components, including optimal hierarchy configuration, currency translation, intercompany eliminations, Reports, Smart View templates, and application rules customization in line with business, functional and performance requirements
- Advising on technical designs and development best practices as a lead for the application component (e.g. Application Lead, Reporting Lead, and Data Integration Lead)
- Develop the test plan and coordinate resources required to complete end-to-end testing as the Test Cycle Lead
- Prepare key deliverables such as requirement documents, design documents, development inventory, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides
- Defining a training plan and coordinating resources to deliver application and process training as the Training Lead
- Contribute to internal initiatives around staff development and support of marketing content needs.
- Supervise, train, and coach junior team members.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS.
- 2+ years of direct, full life cycle OneStream XF implementation experience.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be flexible for travel.
Preferred Skills
CPA, MBA, PMP, CSM, or Six Sigma.
