Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Job description

Lox Insurance is looking to add a team member to assist with new business production through our 100% in house lead system. No soliciting for business or cold calling will be required, all leads will be provided. The ideal candidate is someone who is well versed in the commercial insurance world and has a solid understanding of the processes involved from quoting, writing and production of new business and servicing and retaining those clients. The person applying for this position will need to be comfortable with incoming new client communications and be motivated to meet production growth goals. This position will be a key role position within our agency and have lots of potential for growth within the agency. Communicating with leads and customers via phone, text, email, and in person will all be required

Note that this is a W2 salary position with the opportunity for commission.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients via phone, email, and text.
• Manage incoming agency leads.
• Insurance quoting and rating.
• Policy placement & issuance.
• Account servicing.
• Team Instruction.

Qualifications

• Relevant commercial insurance experience.
• Ability to manage pipeline through consistent follow-up and timely responses.
• Comfortable in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Current Property & Casualty License, (P&C)
• Experience with AMS (Epic preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year + bonus structure
