Job Description
Lox Insurance is looking to add a team member to assist with new business production through our in house lead system. This position will assist with new client servicing and new account production. The person applying for this position will need to be comfortable with incoming new client communications and be motivated to meet production growth goals. This position will be key in assisting new clients in determining issuing, and purchasing the insurance products they require.
This position will be a part of a commercial lines team. Communicating with leads and customers via phone, text, email, and in person will all be required. The person applying for this position will be the client's main point of contact with our agency, and will be responsible for quoting, rating, issuing, servicing, and renewing clients.
Note that this is a W2 salary position with the opportunity for commission.
Responsibilities
• Work with clients via phone, email, and text.
• Manage sales pipeline.
• Manage incoming agency leads.
• Insurance quoting and rating.
• Policy placement & issuance.
• Account servicing.
Qualifications
• Relevant commercial insurance experience.
• Ability to manage pipeline through consistent follow-up and timely responses.
• Comfortable in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Current Property & Casualty License.
• Comfortable with computer systems.
