IT Support Technician - Level 1

DataTek is looking for an IT Support Technician - Level 1 to provide full IT support for our customers while providing high-quality customer service. The IT Support Technician - Level 1 will be responsible for troubleshooting, identifying, and investigating technical issues while providing resolutions to user questions and problems. The IT Support Technician - Level 1 will need to diagnose issues and provide solutions for our clients while building strong relationships and helping to retain our customers. The ideal IT Support Technician - Level 1 candidate is someone who is looking to advance their career in IT and is proficient in both their technical and customer support abilities so we can provide a great customer experience.

IT Support Technician - Level 1 Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide a superior customer experience by communicating in a positive, friendly, and empathetic manner
• Possess the technical expertise required to effectively communicate and troubleshoot product issues
• Identify, investigate, and provide solutions to client questions and concerns
• Make follow-up calls to customers as needed
• Listen attentively to customer needs and maximize the opportunity to build strong customer relationships  

IT Support Technician - Level 1 Requirements

• 1-3 years of technical support experience
• In-office position
• Must be located in the East Valley and able to travel within that area
• Must have a reliable method of transportation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
