Location: Bill Brown Ford Main Service Department
Full-time position
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Closed Saturday & Sunday + most major Holidays.
The Service Advisor position does not become available often and comes with a 6-figure commission-based earning potential.
Minimum 3 years of Ford Service Advisor experience is required, CDK software experience & familiarity with the Ford Warranty process is strongly preferred.
This Service Advisor role requires a high level of organization and communication as we are a high-volume Service Department. Excellent customer service skills are a must.
Main Service Advisor Responsibilities Include:
Assist customers upon Service visit
Write accurate & detailed repair orders
Communicate with Dispatcher & Technicians
Follow up with customers & ensure a steady line of communication
