We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Cold Caller to join our team. As a Sales Cold Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of our products/services, pricing and promotions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
- Identify and overcome objections in order to secure appointments with prospective customers
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure goals are met
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Cold Caller or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and persistent personality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience using a CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
