RCM is seeking an experienced Carpenter/Installation Specialist to join our team. We are seeking professional general home remodeling professionals that can reassemble pre-manufactured sheds and other misc. installations. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing sheds on various types of properties, ensuring that they are assembled correctly and securely. The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Carpenter/Shed Installer Responsibilities:
Assessing the site to ensure that it is suitable for shed installation Preparing the site by clearing debris, leveling the ground, and ensuring that it is ready for shed assembly Assembling the shed according to the manufacturer's instructions Installing the shed on the prepared site using anchors or other hardware to secure it to the ground Providing good customer service by communicating effectively with customers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise, and ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the final result Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order by cleaning, repairing, and replacing them as needed Following safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience in shed installation or a related field preferred Strong technical skills and ability to use hand and power tools Excellent communication and customer service skills Commitment to safety and quality Physically fit and able to perform manual labor Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Location – Raleigh, NC, 45 miles from Raleigh, NC
Salary: 1099: 70% of project billing - W2 $15/hr - $30/hr depending on skill level and equipment
