Job Overview:
RCM is seeking an experienced Carpenter/Installation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an independent contractor with experience in pre-fab builds, shed construction, and playground/play area installations. This is a contract position with ongoing work available for dedicated installation project partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Build pre-fab sheds and install playground/play areas.
Complete projects within a required time frame to meet service agreements.
Conduct installation work assessments to confirm skill and quality of workmanship prior to customer work site assignments.
Provide own work vehicles and tools.
Travel to assessment sites and work sites, which will be compensated.
Receive payouts of 30% per completed daily project.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in carpentry and installation work.
Ability to work independently and complete projects on time.
Experience with pre-fab builds, shed construction, and playground/play area installations.
Must have own work vehicles and tools.
Independent contractors preferred.
Willingness to travel to assessment sites and work sites.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
