Description

E & S Orthodontics is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Orthodontic Assistant on our Chandler/Tolleson team. Must exude enthusiasm, self-motivation, and have a desire to provide amazing patient care and excellent customer service. Must have great communication skills, ambition, and attention to detail. Our Team learns new skills regularly and become proficient at all aspects of Orthodontics. We have a fun and rewarding environment where you are encouraged to think for yourself! E&S Orthodontics prides itself on offering continuing education that enriches our team as clinicians, but also as people. We also like to have a good time while we work and sing, laugh, and occasionally dance around!

The Right Clinical Orthodontic Assistants will be able to:

• Take accurate records including photos , x-rays and impressions
• Place and remove wires efficiently
• Be mindful of the schedule
• Remove appliances
• Be punctual
• Act with kindness and compassion towards patients and other team members
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Have fun!

Clinical Orthodontic Assistant - Training and Education Requirements

• High school diploma
• Computer knowledge and an eagerness to learn on the job
• Minimum 1 year of orthodontic assisting experience
• Bi-Lingual is a PLUS!
