We are seeking high performing and motivated people for our Entry Level openings . This is an excellent opportunity for you.
We have openings on our Production teams and General Labor and Clean -Up where you will perform a variety of tasks including hand stacking boards, assisting machine operators, and cleaning up around the mill and in the lumber sheds, and operating forklift.
- Have recent experience working in a heavy manufacturing or similar environment performing work that can be physically demanding.
- Have previous experience working long work hours. A typical work day last around 10-12 hours, depending on the area you are assigned. Must be able to work some Saturdays
- Responsible for completing clean-up and ground maintenance of regularly assigned area.
- Assist with keeping a steady flow of lumber throughout the mill by straightening lumber cross-ups using a pick axe or chain saw, as necessary.
- Perform any other work-related task deemed necessary by the supervisor.
Work as a team
Learn various jobs in order to job rotate.
Operate forklifts
Clean up crew
Run equipment as described in the best practices, follow the best practices.
Keep equipment clean.
Keep mill clean.
Keep planer mill clean
Notify your supervisor of any issues.
Report to Production Supervisor
Must be Drug Free at all times
Must always put safety first.
Must have reliable transportation to work
Must be able to work 5 days a week- 14 hour shifts
Must be a team player

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
