As our Territory Sales Manager you'll be providing sales consulting with residential and commercial accounts. Our sales vision for you includes not only a sales career path but a sales management career path. We will provide paid training as an outside sales rep and an opportunity become a vital part of the management team.
Who is East Carolina Softwash?
- East Carolina Softwash provides a safer alternative to your typical pressure washing for residential and commercial properties. Instead of using high pressure water (3,000 - 10,000 PSI) to clean debris off of surfaces, we use water-based biodegradable chemicals and solutions at an extremely low pressure (50 - 100 PSI) to clean and sanitize the surface. Our solutions emulsify dirt and grime, kills mold, mildew, algae, and bacteria, and breaks down bug nests and webs. We utilize one-third the amount of water compared to pressure washing, provide a clean that lasts longer, and does not risk eroding or damage the surface from high pressure. We mainly service Pitt County and the surrounding counties, however, we travel farther out when needed.

Sales Efforts Necessary:
- Manage and fulfill all leads assigned (roughly 15 per week)
- Manage customer communication throughout the service process
- Generate 2 estimates for each lead provided using cold calling, door knocking, and referral partners
- Update daily and weekly sales dashboard
- Will need to come into the office and will be selling out in the field
Job Requirements (No Exceptions!!)
- 1 year of residential service sales experience is a plus
- Absolutely must be positive with no excuses- move forward and get it done attitude
- Looking for a great place to begin a career in sales, management, and business
- Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance
- Must be at least 21+ years old
- Clean and Clear Criminal Background Check
- Must pass a drug test
- Authorized to work in the USA
