Plumbing Service &/or Install Technician
We have an immediate opening for a bright minded Plumbing Technician. We are a growing company that is looking to hire the best plumbers in the area. You will be responsible for servicing, repairing, &/or installing plumbing systems. You will be required to travel to the client’s location in a company vehicle to identify and guide the client to improve their plumbing needs with honesty, excellence, and integrity. We work with primarily residential and light commercial clients. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients in a positive and clear manner. We are located in Edmond and service the Edmond and Oklahoma City metro area.
Plumber Technician Duties & Responsibilities:
Identifying client’s needs
Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and equipment
Managing electrical, mechanical, and safety faults for plumbing systems
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
Performing repairs and maintenance on plumbing systems
Participate in technical training
Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with state and local laws as well as OSHA & EPA
Complying with service standards, work instructions, and clients’ requirements
Supporting team members and peers to achieve KPIs in a healthy and respectful manner
Plumbing Technician Requirements:
Oklahoma HVAC Journeyman or Apprentice License
Vocational training of a plumbing program preferrable
Certifications looked on highly
High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Reliable, self-motivated, and follows direction
Understanding of advanced principles of plumbing
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice at times if emergencies arise
Ability to work in confined spaces at times
