 Analyze   legacy   applications,   access   databases,   and   document   the   workflows,   business   processes,   and

requirements

 Propose,   conceptualize,   design,   implement,   and   develop  solutions   for   difficult   and   complex   applications

independently 

 Perform testing, debugging, change control, and documentation for major projects

 Collaborate with project managers to implement end-to-end solutions for complex projects

 Oversee the support, maintenance, operation, and upgrade of applications 

 Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems

 Review the physical design of existing systems for optimizing performance 

 Work with internal team to analyze system requirements and develop a solution according to specifications

 Help business teams with data standardization, transformation, and data quality improvement efforts 

 Convert all MS access databases into Oracle APEX applications 

QUALIFICATIONS: (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

 Expert-level   knowledge   and   understanding   of   Oracle   APEX   with   demonstrated   application   development

experience in the newer versions of Oracle APEX – at least version 18.2 or higher 

 Strong knowledge of APEX Universal Theme and how to use it for various UI requirements 

 In-depth knowledge of logical/physical database design and strong experience in creating PL/SQL Packages,

Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views, and Exception handling for retrieving, manipulating, checking, and

migrating complex data sets in Oracle. 

 Strong experience in writing and optimizing SQL and PLSQL.

 Experience with modern web development technologies like HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery Ajax, XML, CSS. 

 Good understanding of REST API concepts and proficient in developing and consuming REST APIs with Oracle

Rest Data Services (ORDS) 

 Familiarity with all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle and the ability to follow through with code

implementation, including Unit Testing and ongoing support. 

 Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills 

 Basic understanding of working in any cloud platform (preferably AWS)
