Data Analyst

Provide the following types of analytical support: o Provider ID Mapping analysis:

 Support the integrity of Provider mapping across Primary Care Clinician Plan (PCC) and Managed Care  Organization (MCO)/ACO data

 Use SAS and SQL to construct provider data sets needed to implement policy and operational  goals, including rate development and member assignment

 Translate business requirements into program logic required to execute matches

 Support the ongoing maintenance of the Provider map

 Work with multiple internal stakeholders to draft, write, and revise business rules and  specification documents related to the provider mapping project

 Engage with external stakeholders around map-related data submissions and requirements 

 Work with EOHHS-IT to successfully deploy rules in enterprise solutions

 Test and validate results as well as define a process to resolve any edge cases resulting from the  map. 

 Support the ACO map implementation

 Serve as a resource to inform ACO mapping workplan and implementation

 Collaborate closely with the Director of the ACO, MCO, and PCC Program, Director of Heath  Plan Administration and Oversight, and Analytics to ensure that the map is meeting all the needs 

of business units relating to ACO implementation

 Support the external stakeholder engagement effort, including:

 Production of data and documents to support engagement with ACOs and MCOs in order to  ensure on alignment of the provider map with MassHealth payer and provider partners
