As the CEO of YetiBooks, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of the company and drive its growth in the bookkeeping and financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability for the company
- Lead and manage a team of bookkeeping professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to support business development
- Oversee financial management and reporting for the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Launch and optimize additional divisions of our company such as tax planning, tax return and fractional CFO services
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Identify and implement technology solutions such as AI to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and excellence within the organization
- Provide detailed reporting to stakeholders and deliver a strong financial return on investment to investors
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in executive leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving high growth in a similar industry
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in financial management and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Experience in technology and innovation, with a focus on leveraging technology to drive business growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve its goals
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field
