Installation and Service Technician

We are actively seeking highly self-motivated and determined Installation and Service Technicians to join our team of technicians. At Beyond Stone Solutions we are proud to work hard to impress our clients with our service and products, and we train our technicians with the skills to meet full customer satisfaction. In this position, you will be required to do a vast amount of physical labor and must be able to handle the workload. Technicians will perform duties inside properties and outside; the ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather is a necessity. To be successful in this position, you will need to be organized to meet deadlines, have a high level of attention to detail, and a leader who can perform the tasks of each job with pride. 

Installation and Service Technician Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive and arrive on time to each job
• Provide friendly and helpful service to each customer
• Work with lead technicians and learn about how to restore and protect natural stone floors, tops, showers, patios, etc.
• Assist other technicians to prepare equipment for each job
• Assist lead technician with the process needed for a job and, at the end help clean up.
• Mask to protect surrounding areas  
• Install stone flooring and countertops
• Repair stone damages on flooring and surfaces
• Provide customers with knowledge of our high-quality care products
• Possible weekends or long hours are required

Installation and Service Technician Qualifications

• No experience needed - we will train
• Able to handle physical workload 
• Able to work outside in Arizona weather conditions
• Able to pass a non-medicinal drug test
• Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Must have a clean MVR
• Able to pass a background check
