Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or related field
- AZ Licensure or the ability to obtain a license
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- BCBA: 1+ years of work experience with children with autism and related disorders.
- Caring, positive, energetic, flexible, and motivated to learn
- Preferred experience with ACT, RFT, PEAK, Social Skills, and OBM Skills
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage and train Registered Behavior Technicians
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation and auto insurance
- Pass a criminal background check
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with the leadership team to increase provider productivity, enhance client programming and support a creative workspace for employees.
- Assess, design, develop and implement intervention plans and skill acquisition programs for clients.
- Conduct behavioral assessments and treatment fidelity measures to ensure proper implementation of behavior support plans
- Supervise and provide ongoing training for Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Train and collaborate with families to ensure treatment fidelity and satisfaction.
- Participate in weekly BCBA meetings
