Entry Level Service Tech

 We are hiring for a motivated, driven individual who desires to work in a sales-free, ethical company which focuses on quality and accuracy in all aspects of its business. 

Clark Heating & Cooling is a small business in its tenth year of operation, and provides climate control services to both residential and commercial clients in the greater Phoenix area. Clark Heating & Cooling treats customers as family and performs work accurately with integrity, excellence, and precision. 

No Experience needed. We will train you through the company. A company vehicle and uniform is provided. We offer medical benefits and a 401K. 

Job Requirements 

Successfully complete Employee Probational period, beginning on date of hire and ending thirty (30) days after. Probational Period consists of the following: 

Job Responsibilities 

• Maintain “on call’ status 1 weekend a month, upon completion of training 
• Be able to perform proper AC and heating check ups
• Talk to customers about recommendations
• Collect from customers and close out invoices
• Understand basic fundamentals of AC and heating systems
• Be able to check Freon levels, subcool and superheat
• Check electrical components
• Be able to replace basic electrical components like run capacitors, thermostats, contactors and relays
• Properly check and clear out condensate drain lines
• Be able to add or adjust Freon into a system properly
• Perform Evap and condenser chemical coil cleanings
• Perform filter changes
