Construction - Industrial Services Needed (millwrights)

MMI is looking to hire skilled Industrial Services (Millwrights) who have construction and or maintenance experience with an interest in working with manufacturing and process plants, aggregate (sand and gravel), piping, mining, agricultural facilities, video boards and more. Most of our work is in the Phoenix metro area with some travel required for those interested in out of state travel. Must be able to pass a drug test.
Pay range: $20.00 – $30.00 an hour depending on experience

This position requires the following:
- Physical activity such as heavy lifting, pushing or pulling.
- Industrial Services Millwright will have working knowledge of equipment moving and setting, technical rigging, crane use, conveying systems, on-site fabrication, welding, demolition, baghouses, hoppers, spouting, silos, process piping, steel erection, installations, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that work conditions are safe and efficient.
- Support team members to successfully complete projects.
- Read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, sketches and plans.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment, e.: safety glasses, hard hat, steel-toed boots, hearing protection and other PPE as required.
- Potentially work overtime, nights and weekends as required by the workload.
Industrial services millwrights must be physically able to:
- Lift and carry objects weighing more than 50 lbs.
- Stoop, kneel, crawl, lay, bend, squat for long periods of time
- Climb and maintain body balance on ladders, scaffolding or high structures (may exceed 100ft)
- Work in confined spaces
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
