As the Warehouse Supervisor you will oversee several important areas that are critical to keeping our operations running smoothly. We’ll count on your skills and years of experience to ensure an engaged and productive team, satisfied customers, and efficient warehouse operations.    This is a full-time position and candidates may be required to work a varying schedule from 5 am to 5 pm throughout the week.

1. Execution – You’re willing to go the extra mile and willing to adapt to changing priorities.   In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of duties to include supervising warehouse employees and overseeing daily operations; maintaining receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures; maintaining the physical condition of warehouse; scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results; as well as; coaching and disciplining employees.
2. Adaptable - This role requires flexibility, the ability to adapt to changing priorities and to coordinate effectively with multiple different disciplines.    
3. Communication/Customer Service – You’re great with customers and communicate in a professional manner.

Must have or be able to possess a valid AZ driver’s license and able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.  Must be able to lift to 50 pounds or more.
