We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager, who is skilled in the construction project management process/Division 8 to join our team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have proven experience facilitating the smooth running and optimization of commercial construction projects, from the initial planning through implementation to optimization. You will manage program schedules, budgets, and deliverables and pro-actively communicate expectations and milestones to all team members in and outside the project team. A successful PM keeps the machine running smoothly while minimizing friction within and outside the team using existing processes and envisioning improvements as needed. The position reports to the COO and has broad exposure, visibility, and impact throughout the organization.
Must have or be able to possess a valid AZ driver’s license and able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
