MARKETING COORDINATOR 

Business Development + Marketing Department

Preferred Qualities: GLHN’s BD/Marketing team is a collection of creative people who take pride in doing their job well while having fun. We’re looking for a like-minded individual to bring their experiences and ideas to the table. A successful candidate will work collaboratively with project managers, technical staff, and external clients to produce quality proposals. Experience in AEC industry a plus, but not a deal-breaker. There is opportunity for growth in the position through marketing or business development tracks - depending on where your passion lies. Involvement in professional organizations is encouraged and supported.

 Location: Working with the BD/Marketing Team, this hybrid position can be located in Phoenix or Tucson, Arizona.

 Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage high-quality responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) using Adobe InDesign
  • Coordinate production and submission of responses
  • Lead interview preparation and coach staff during rehearsal process
  • Schedule and participate in debriefings, sharing lessons learned with team
  • Maintain marketing files and systems including project descriptions, photos, subconsultant information, and employee resumes

  • Market research activities
  • Support internal marketing activities and communication
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • BA or BS degree in marketing, journalism, or communications preferred 
  • Any combination of education, training, and work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of CRM, preferably Cosential/Unanet CRM
  • Excellent writing and editing skills 
  • Graphic design and layout capabilities
