We are looking for a lead physical therapist who is passionate about treating patients and leading a team of staff therapists.
No physical therapy leadership experience? No problem - we have a comprehensive leadership academy which teaches you the tools to be a great leader.
Physical Therapist Expectations :
- Oversees daily clinic operations, scheduling of physical therapy staff, time cards and PTO
- Responsible for meeting clinic performance utilizing specific KPI’s
- Ensures the clinic follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard Impact operating procedures
- Reports on the productivity and stats of the clinic on a weekly basis
- Works effectively with support staff to meet the production demands of the clinic’s schedule
- Provide oversight of administrative procedures and clinic admin personnel
- Conducts weekly one on one meetings and quarterly reviews with staff therapists
- Work a set schedule in the clinic treating patients
Physical Therapist Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
- Leadership and/or management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to lead a team while maintaining a steady workload within practice standards
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, Doctorate preferred but not required
- Must have AZ licensure upon start of work with us
