Professional Residential Cleaners Needed

We are a new cleaning company in the area who is seeking a Professional Cleaner to join our team.

You will be responsible for going to our customers' homes to provide them with residential cleaning services. This is an independent contractor position (1099- payment , have your own supplies and equipments and having reliable transportation). This can range from standard cleaning, deep cleaning or a move-out cleaning. You are expected to provide customers with quality cleaning services leaving their home with a difference than before.

Responsibilities:

Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing floors, toilets, showers, tubs, driveways, windows, and counters.
Vacuuming carpets, upholstery, and any other dusty surface.
Cleaning all surfaces in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
Making beds and fluffing pillows.
Scrubbing and sanitizing all relevant surfaces.
Handling all furniture and appliances carefully and leaving them as met.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields (2 years or more).
Ability to follow instructions.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Ability to work with other cleaners if needed.
Has a good knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
Ability to stand, sit, and stoop for long periods.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
