We are currently hiring a technician to join our team at Crown Property Services.

The candidate must be able to get to a nearby transit station for pick up in the morning. You will be working with a lead technician to assist in completing the days work.
During the first two week probation period, a wage of $20/hr will be paid to determine suitability before rising to $23/hr.

We are looking for someone who has some experience with the following, ideally, but we are willing to train! Gutter/window cleaning, tucker poles, squeegee, pressure washing and roof cleaning.
We are looking for people with a keen eye for detail who take pride in their work, in addition to being friendly, hard working and goal oriented. A great attitude, work ethic and the ability to work independently is a must.
We work often on high-end & luxury homes throughout Vancouver & north/west Vancouver, a clean criminal background check may be required.
