Entry-level Client Representative

The Keene Standard is seeking a Client Representative to act as a representative for our clients, and to provide customers with information about products and services, as well as addressing their questions and concerns to ensure a positive experience. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and finding solutions to consumer problems. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and energetic team environment and develop strategies for driving growth, improving customer experiences, and increasing market share.

As a Client Representative, your daily responsibilities will include:

• identifying and acquiring new customers in a retail environment
• informing customers of the benefits of our clients' products and services tailored to their needs,
• promptly responding to customer requests 
• attending conference calls and meetings for continuous learning
• maintaining positive member relations at all times through good judgment and multitasking.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• 0-1 years of customer service experience.
• be able to perform account retention.
• possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• prioritize and plan work activities.
• be self-motivated.
• work efficiently and effectively both independently and as part of a team.
